Raymond J. Peach of North Haven is President of the Mary Wade Home's Board of Managers. Mr. Peach has served as a volunteer member on the Board of Managers since 2002. He retired as Executive Vice President at Hudson United Bank and continues to serve in the capacity of Executive Consultant at TD Banknorth. He is a Board member for the Hospital of St. Raphael Foundation, Hamden Education Foundation and is Trustee for Albertus Magnus College. He is married with four children and thirteen grandchildren.

Richard Hutchinson, an independent financial advisor for CIGNA's financial planning operation, serves as the Vice-President of the Board of Managers at the Mary Wade Home. He has been a member of the Mary Wade Board since 1999. Mr. Hutchinson was a managing partner of Richards, Gerard, & Allen, Inc. and a senior consultant with Don Aux Associates. He has an MBA and MA in finance and economics from Trinity College and the University of New Haven, he taught at the Ancell Graduate School of Business and Southern Connecticut State University, and he is the author of Mergers & Acquisitions.

Lucie Iannotti, a board member since 1999, is Treasurer of the board. Mrs. Iannotti has a BA from Connecticut College and an MA from Yale University. She is an active volunteer and lends her talents to hospice care, St. Mary's Church, and the Branford Liturgy Committee.

Christina Ciociola, a board member since 2008, is Secretary of the board. Mrs. Ciociola is the Knowledge and Evaluation Director for the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven. She has an MSW and MPH degree in public health and social work and a certificate in gerontology from Boston University. She has also served as a member of the management team of a 500-bed extended care facility, which included oversight of the social work department and the Alzheimer's Disease/dementia special care unit.
