The Mary Wade Home takes the protection of employees' personal information such as social security numbers very seriously and safeguards this information from misuse by a third party in the following ways:
- Only authorized individuals may have access to personnel files that contain social security numbers and other personal information;
- Authorized individuals who have access to personnel files cannot release, post, or otherwise reveal social security numbers or other personal information under penalty of law;
- Employees' personal information must be disposed of in a manner that renders the information irrecoverable (e.g., shredding.

Mary Wade employs full-time, part-time, per diem
and temporary employees on an as-needed basis. As a health-related
facility,
Mary Wade must provide staffing twenty-four hours a day, seven
days a week, three hundred sixty-five days a year.
