Director of Development Executive Team position working under the direction of the CEO. Candidate will be a proven leader in fundraising and development. This key position is responsible for the development and implementation of capital and giving campaigns, grant proposals and special events to support the mission of serving seniors. The ideal candidate will have a proven development background, excellent organizational skills and the ability to serve as a community liaison for Mary Wade. Master's degree (M.A.) or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Environmental Officer Part time, Monday 4:00 p.m. - midnight for evening security, ideal opportunity for college student.
ADC Program Assistant Part time weekends. Program Assistant is involved in the creative programming process by developing and leading activity groups. Responsibilities also include transporting elderly, disabled clients in a wheelchair van with lift. If you are positive and energetic, this is the place for you! Candidates with C.N.A. certification are encouraged to apply. Position will have van driver responsibilities.
Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist Full time, salaried position. This position reports to the Accounting Supervisor and has responsibility for maintaining cash flow of the institution through management of Medicare and third-party billing.
Therapeutic Recreation Director Full time. Will work collaboratively to develop a calendar of daily programs & activities for elderly with different abilities. Must be able to interpret rec materials and assess the needs of residents, will be comfortable working with large and small groups of clients. Ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and prior recreation experience, preferably with the elderly.
