The Mary Wade Home hosted, A Taste of the Pacific Northwest, at the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale on April 24, 2010. This elegant evening of fine wine and cuisine was led by two wonderful co-chairs, Patti GaNun and Christina Ciociola, and the wine dinner committee. Highlights of the evening featured Thomas Matthews, Executive Editor of Wine Spectator, special guest chef John Sarich of Chateau Ste.
